I’m experimenting with the iPad app, Procreate, as a possible photo post-processing tool.
I created this GIF in Procreate. It’s an abstract in the style of the Dutch painter, Piet Mondrian. Although this exercise has no direct connection to photography, I wanted to check the workflow needed to go from Dropbox>iPad>Procreate>Dropbox>PC Blog.
As a bonus, I was intrigued by the Procreate option to export work in the GIF format. Next, I’ll try making an out-of-frame, using the Procreate masking options. Assuming that works, I’ll use GIF to illustrate the steps.
This image took ~10 minutes to make.
